This is made possible by the Article Processing Charge (APC) that cover the range of publishing services we provide. The coverage of the APC must be\u00a0clarified and checked upon submission<\/strong>. However, the APC is due only after<\/strong>\u00a0the manuscript has been\u00a0formally accepted<\/strong>\u00a0for publication.
