Wintersperger\u00a0<\/strong>joins as Deputy Editor &#8211; he is a Professor of Radiology at the University of Toronto, Director of <span data-highlighted=\"true\" data-vc=\"highlighted-text\"><span class=\"_kqswh2mm\"><span class=\"_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke\" data-testid=\"definition-highlighter\">MRI<\/span><\/span><\/span> and <span data-highlighted=\"true\" data-vc=\"highlighted-text\">MRI<\/span> Safety, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Munich. An expert in cardiovascular CT and <span data-highlighted=\"true\" data-vc=\"highlighted-text\"><span class=\"_kqswh2mm\"><span class=\"_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke\" data-testid=\"definition-highlighter\">MR<\/span><\/span><\/span>, he holds multiple Level III certifications, has over 200 publications, and serves in leadership roles within major international imaging societies, including <span data-highlighted=\"true\" data-vc=\"highlighted-text\"><span class=\"_kqswh2mm\"><span class=\"_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke\" data-testid=\"definition-highlighter\">ESR<\/span><\/span><\/span> and <span data-highlighted=\"true\" data-vc=\"highlighted-text\"><span class=\"_kqswh2mm\"><span class=\"_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke\" data-testid=\"definition-highlighter\">ESCR<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-2473\" src=\"https:\/\/journals.myesr.org\/eur-radiol\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/85027c04-d8f4-4b60-84c7-a2b8dbd2e881-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00efna\u00a0<span class=\"markxasu7jyow\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Venkatasamy<\/span><\/strong> joins as Junior Deputy Editor &#8211; she is a senior radiologist at Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, H\u00f4pital Europ\u00e9en Georges Pompidou (APHP), France. As a head and neck imaging specialist, she serves on the ESHNR Executive Committee and leads France\u2019s sub-specialty residency programme. Her research focusses on high-resolution micro-imaging of small structures and tissues, and their comprehensive integration through artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-2474\" src=\"https:\/\/journals.myesr.org\/eur-radiol\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/7fed832f-a925-4b61-ab89-1f1a59934956-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Charbel Mourad<\/strong> has been appointed as Junior Deputy Editor to support the musculoskeletal section. He is radiologist at R\u00e9seau Hospitalier Universit\u00e9 Saint Joseph \u2013 H\u00f4tel Dieu De France, Beirut, Lebanon.
